Coverage of the Premier League match from St James' Park. Nick Woltemade scored a 46th-minute own goal to give Sunderland a memorable 1-0 victory in the reverse fixture. That loss meant that the Magpies had only won one of their last 11 meetings against their bitter rivals, a run stretching all the way back to August 2011. Their only win in that run came in the FA Cup in January 2024 when they won 3-0 at the Stadium of Light.

Tottenham Hotspur v Nottingham Forest (Premier League)

Tottenham Hotspur v Nottingham Forest (Premier League)

Coverage of the Premier League match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Both these teams are battling to avoid relegation, but Forest dominated December's reverse fixture at The City Ground, with a brace by Callum Hudson-Odoi and a further goal courtesy of Ibrahim Sangaré giving them a 3-0 win

Aston Villa v West Ham United (Premier League)

Aston Villa v West Ham United (Premier League)

Coverage of the Premier League match from Villa Park. Morgan Rogers scored a 79th-minute winner in the reverse fixture to earn Villa a 3-2 victory at the London Stadium, as they came from behind twice to earn themselves the three points. Mateus Fernandes and Jarrod Bowen had given West Ham the lead twice but ultimately gave the game away in the second half as Rogers scored twice in less than half an hour to make it 3-2.

Arsenal v Manchester City (EFL Cup)

Arsenal v Manchester City (EFL Cup)

Coverage of the final from Wembley Stadium, as the title rivals meet in the capital trying to claim the first piece of silverware this season. Manchester City easily brushed Newcastle aside in the semi-finals thanks to a 5-1 aggregate victory, while Arsenal beat London rivals Chelsea 4-2 in their two-legged tie. Pep Guardiola's team have dominated this competition in recent years, winning six of the last 12 finals since 2014, while Arsenal haven't won this cup since 1993

2026 Premier League Darts (Darts)

2026 Premier League Darts (Darts)

Coverage of the eighth night of the tournament at Uber Arena in Berlin, with a format featuring quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final all in one night. Last year saw the likes of Stephen Bunting, Luke Humphries, Chris Dobey and Gerwyn Price make it through to the semi-finals. Bunting beat fellow Englishman Humphries 6-2 to progress to the final against Price, who beat Chris Dobey in the other semi-final by the same scoreline. Stephen Bunting ending up winning the night after he beat Price 6-5 in a thrilling final.

Coverage of the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park. Liverpool endured a poor start to the campaign and were comfortably beaten 4-1 in September's reverse fixture, but they have shown signs of improvement in recent weeks, as demonstrated in their 2-1 home win over their local rivals in the FA Cup last month

Arsenal Women v Tottenham Hotspur Women (Womens Super League)

Arsenal Women v Tottenham Hotspur Women (Womens Super League)

Coverage of the North London derby at Emirates Stadium. The hosts are still in with a chance of challenging the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea for this year's title, so three points are vital in this match.
